We are looking forward to the delivery of our purchase and we are very pleased to have met Hope. She is the model of professionalism and her product knowledge has made us confident that we have made the right purchase for our needs and comfort. Thank you, Hope, for your help. Given the post-delivery experience with Mattress Firm, I offer this update. The most pressing issue is their policy regarding our having been overcharged some $4,700 and their not crediting our account since the time of purchase, August 26th. Since bedsheets are back ordered and we're told they will not refund the overcharge until the order is complete, our money is currently being held captive by sheets, the whereabouts of which are unknown and not within our control. And, about the so-called "white glove" delivery service. A bit overstated. The bulk of the assembly was completed but not all of it. They took no special care with surrounding furniture, using the dresser top as a work table, and were no more notable than deliveries I have seen made by any big box store. At time of sale, I asked if the delivery service people are Mattress Firm employees. I was told they are. It's obvious that that response was either misinformed or misleading.

Our Saleswoman, Hope, was very well versed on all of the mattress options. She was very helpful with all of our questions and with our decision on the mattress, mattress cover and an electric rising bed frame. We would recommend Mattress Firm and hope to people that we know. We will definitely purchase any future mattresses from Mattress Firm and Hope.
