Yesterday, the gentleman tending to the sales floor immediately greeted me and directed me to what he had available, which was perfect. Asked how soon I needed it and if I’d like a mattress protector. Didn’t try to oversell me. If it wasn’t for my own personal issues with my card, the transaction would’ve been over in less than 20 mins. He was super helpful and pretty quick with the check out. I’m set up to receive my mattress and mattress protector in two more days. Pretty easy transaction for something that I normally would’ve opted for online. I figured I’d give it a shot at this store first and I’m truly glad I did.

I have never been inside of a Mattress Firm, nor purchased my own mattress until now. I have been living in an apartment with my girlfriend for a little shy of a year, and we seriously needed an upgrade from our Full Sized mattress to a Queen, to match the Queen bed set that my father gave us. Sleep Expert, Mrs. Devon Cooper, deserves all the recognition and praise humanly possible. She was just the sweetest, and such a delight to speak with. She is very insightful, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. She is super funny too. She helped me pick out just the right mattress for my little, humble abode. I am very pleased with the service of this fine establishment, and I will most definitely return for another upgrade, when I have some little me’s running around and a few extra pets.

I was greeted warmly when I entered the store. I noticed that everyone was greeted warmly upon entry. I love the friendliness! I had already done some research before entering the store and showed the salesman what I was interested in. He was well versed in all of the mattresses. Since the style that I was interested in was not in the showroom, he showed me comparables to try and was very upfront that they were newer styles and much more costly. My mother was with me and she had some specific needs with regard to bedding as well. He did a great job helping both of us with our needs. Our mattresses should arrive in 2 days which is excellent! I'll have to report back when I have had some experience with my new mattress. I would definitely go to Mattress Firm again the next time I'm in need of bedding.

Ms. Devon was awesome! She walked us around the store and we tested several mattresses. She was very knowledgeable on all the the mattresses and adjustable bases. She made shopping for our new mattress fun. Great customer service and personality. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!!!
