Renita was a great salesperson; respected my budget, gave great suggestions. The whole buying process was quick and painless. I paid for the gold delivery service where they also come in and haul your old mattress/box spring and the delivery team that delivered were amazing! It was also nice to be able to track the delivery and the expected time through their site. Highly recommend, the entire process was great!

The service was excellent. As soon as we walked in the lady representative assisted us and let us know about all sales and specials. Received a deal and great service. The male representative assisted us and packaged everything so we can take our purchase with us the same day!! Great selection and options. They worked as a team, which was great to see.

Renita is amazing - from her detailed explanation to having my family ( 2 young children under 10) feel extremely comfortable while shopping in the store. I purchased the PressureSmart Plush Mattress during the Labor Day sale. I now sleep like a baby. This was not the mattress I went in looking for. I had a firm foam mattress and I thought I just needed a new one. WRONG. Sleep Expert Anika guided me through the process and provided impeccable customer service. Her product knowledge was unmatched and a God send. It took some time to check out the variety of mattress however even when other customers entered the store she was able to assist us all with equal amazing service. She took the time to assess my needs and would not let me settle on just any mattress. I appreciated that the most since I've been experiencing a few health issues. If not for her patience and concern I would have definitely bought the wrong mattress. It couldn't be more evident that Anika takes pride in the level of service she provides.
