We were in the market for a new mattress. We had some very specific issues because of a back issue that my wife has. Julian was great! He asked specific questions relating to the injury, our needs, etc and showed us a few models. He answered all our questions, and was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was the Sunday before the Labor Day holiday and delivery came on Tuesday. That process was easy as well. They set it up quickly and took the old stuff away and the whole process was about 15 minutes.
