La’Keitha helped me with my original purchase several months ago. Since that time I have been in at least three times sharing that the mattress may not be right for me. She greeted me each time with a smile and remembered exactly the mattress I had purchased. I would show her pictures of mattress labels of other brands and she would find the equivalent in the store. One was an older mattress that only showed numbers and codes and she was able to tell me what type it was. Today I decided to swap out for another mattress and she gladly entered the information and the deal was done. I even saved money. Thankful for the 120 day guarantee and for an employee who knows her business and is friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find good employees so you need to treat her right!! I am very happy with my experience!

Highly recommend Mattress Firm in Macon GA if you’re shopping for a new mattress! We went a few other places but Mattress Firm by far had the best selection and the sales woman Aby was phenomenal! She was so helpful and we could tell she really knew what she was talking about. She answered all of our questions and helped us pick the right mattress..plus she got us a great deal!
