I entered Mattress Firm across from River's Crossing confused about what I truly wanted in a mattress. Brian, the Comfort Concierge, was patient and listened to me and what I expected and what my husband expected in a mattress. He was not pushy but extremely helpful and showed me only those mattresses that met my needs. Wonderful experience and I would definitely refer anyone to this store!!!

We were a little trepidations about going mattress shopping and did not want to be bombarded by sales people interested only in making a sale. Thankfully, we did not have to worry. Our sales person was very adept at reading body language, she greeted us when we came in, then let us be until we were ready for help. She was very knowledgeable and helped us make the necessary decisions. We did purchase a new mattress and were thrilled with our experience. I will, in fact, be going back to purchase a new mattress for my son.

The salesman was wonderful. No pressure just a great experience trying the different beds. I love the 120 day price guarantee as I got back over $400 for Memorial Day. The first delivery guys were so so and needed a bit of training on programming the remote. But that was taken care of within a day and we are extremely satisfied. The beds are really helping our aching muscles and bones and we couldn't be happier.
