We had a wonderful experience. The guy who helped us (I think his name was Ryan) was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! He explained everything from comfort to pricing like a true professional, wasn’t pushy and he wasn’t pleasant to talk with. If he’s not a manager yet, he should be! Give that man a raise! He even managed to talk me into an $89 pillow, which I do not regret after sleeping on it for the first time last night. All future mattress needs will be done through that store and hopefully he can help. If not, then I hope that my experience will be the standard for all employees.
