Michael was super awesome and helpful! The friendliness and wide range of knowledge was incredibly helpful when deciding which mattress would best fit my partner & I. Especially since I had initially gone into the store with no intention to purchase that day. He asked questions to narrow down the selection & gave me better mattress options to choose from. Upon deciding which mattress to get he also gave me helpful tips & clear information on how to upkeep the cleanliness of our newly bought mattress. An incredible sales associate. 10/10 would recommend seeing Michael at the Salt Lake store for an awesome mattress shopping experience!

The Team was amazing in customer service. Warm and friendly. Mariel did a great job as my salesperson. Very attentive and friendly. Mariel has great customer service sense. Mattress Firm is very lucky to have such a great employee. I am recommending this location to any one who is interested in the need for a bed or upgrading to a more comfortable bed. My experience was great and very fast! I was given help and the best deals. The guy helping me was very kind and helpful. He helped me find a bed that was within my budget. Even though this location didn’t have the bed I wanted in stock he was able to contact a new by location and was able to secure it with no problems! Thank you!

Our experience with Mattress Firm Bougainville was phenomenal. From the moment we entered the facility we were greeted by all staff members. Mike was our salesman and lets just say he is awesome at what he does! He was very polite, knowledgeable and patient with us as we were indecisive. I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a mattress, adjustable bed frame and/or any accessories to visit this location and see Mike! Tell him the Loud Family sent you.

Went to Mattress Firm location in Honolulu where we have bought our last 2 (twin) mattresses. Went to buy a Queen set on sale, but ended up getting a head up electric frame instead of a box spring and frame for the Queen set and another Queen mattress to replace one we already have because of information our salesperson Brooklyn gave us about the sale, box spring prices, etc. We’ll continue to shop there for sure! Always happy with out purchases!
