Just to be sure, all 3 get 10 stars seeings how Google only does up to five. Darlene was awesome first and foremost. She laid out the basics for us when we came in a few weeks ago and a few weeks later we came back. We specifically wanted her to help us so we came in knowing when she’d be there. She knows what she’s talking about and she’s very personable. They guys who delivered the mattress and frame were also very helpful. I forgot to get their names so I posted pictures of them. Cuff W. was one of the delivery guys. The mattress itself… so far feels good. It’s still “inflating” itself. Thanks for all the help! Hopes to a better nights sleep and less lower back pain so we’ll see how this goes 👍👍

John at mattress firm was very helpful and courteous, He spent the time showing us all different beds. He was not pushy but rather very friendly and knowledgeable about every bed. We could tell he knew his job and enjoyed selling beds. John really made it enjoyable shopping for a bed. We ended up buying two, great experience, first time in a bed store. I would recommend going to John if you are in need of a bed.

Too be honest, I figured it was a high price mattress store, but I decided to check this store out anyway. I was greeted by Paul, a very nice sales Rep. He was very tactful asking just the right questions as to what I needed. And to my surprise, came up with a mattress fit for my son with the right price. He was very thorough showing in details what we purchased. He was also friendly sharing fun things with my husband. We were in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. I truly would refer Mattress Firm and will go there in the near future for my own shopping needs. Thank you Paul and Thank you Mattress Firm.

I walked in today with the goal to simply look around and see my options. Specifically, to check out their Purple mattresses. Upon walking in, Sam walks up to greet me while his co-worker John assists a couple with their purchase. John starts asking me questions such as what I'm looking for and I'm honestly state that when it comes to mattress sizes, I don't know anything. All I know is my bed is yay wide and yay long and my feet don't hang off the bed. Sam is of course very understanding and proceeds to explain the different sizes to me after which he grabs a pillow and I start trying out some beds. One of the things I really appreciate about Sam is his honesty and genuine interest in helping - he tells me all the features of the mattresses (and the different types of materials), their pros and cons, and covers all price ranges from the lowest prices to the most expensive and then asked for my budget. Upon providing my budget, he proceeds to help me find one that works for me. Ultimately, I walked out having purchased a bed and over my budget, but it was a deal that worked out better for me - you could even say it was a steal! :D Sam has been professional and knowledgeable throughout this purchase as most sales people should be; but, what really stood out was his eagerness to assist and genuine willingness to listen to the customer. I know I won't be buying a new bed for a while but I can tell you, if I could buy a new bed every week, Sam at Mattress Firm Pearl Highlands would be my go to guy!

I was very pleased with the manager Paul who made sure I left the store with the bed frame I came to purchase. He doubled checked to make sure I had the best price they could offer. When I got home there was a small problem. Apparently the frame was missing a bolt during shipping. It wasn’t a problem for Paul, He came to my apartment after his shift with screws, bolts, tools and happily resolved the issue. I no longer have my mattress on the floor. Thank you Paul…no more picking myself off the floor.
