Aristotle (aka Ace) provided expert guidance on selecting the right mattress as well as pillows and sheets. He was thorough but not pushy, and seemed downright passionate about the products. :) I had to return another day with my partner to finalize our selection and Marvin was there to finish up where Aristotle left off. He was incredibly kind and made the transaction process simple and smooth. I also met Mike and spoke on the phone with Phil. My combined interactions makes it clear that the employees here are authentic people and genuinely want to help people get what they need. We got some great deals, too! I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Aristotle is very knowledgeable about the inventory and was able to make the best recommendations within my budget. He made the difficult decision of buying a product that I want to feel good about for many years much easier. The store has a great selection of mattresses in a wide price range and carries many well known trusted brands and types of mattresses. I had shopped around before coming here and based on service and selection made a choice to purchase here.

I had a wonderful experience with Mattress Firm today while looking for a new mattress and box spring. I was waited on by a Marvin Walker Jr. who was very professional and courteous. He walked me through a number of options to fit my needs. He was very patient and provided world class service, which in today's society, isn't always the case. After I left, I felt all of my needs had been met. I am now waiting for the delivery of my purchase. Mr. Walker, keep up the good work.

Julio was very nice and helpful! He helped us find a super comfortable, memory foam mattress for an amazing price! We received way more for our money than we were expecting! They also offered great 0% financing over 3 years, so the monthly payments are super low! Also, because we got to test out all the different mattresses in the store, we were able to make a much better decision than what we could have by ordering online! I am so glad I went to Mattress Firm instead of ordering our mattress online!
