Went in looking for a mattress today. The sales rep Gus asked what I'm looking for, my needs, etc. He automatically pulled out 2 mattresses. They were the same, just different height. Said that would be the best. I tested it out, and oh man. Felt like I was laying on a cloud. Offered a waterproof protector and asked about a frame (we are going from a queen to king). I mentioned something about an adjustable base and he knew exactly which one would be perfect. If I buy a mattress again, I def will do it at this store and with that sales rep!

Great experience once again having Adam as our salesperson. Let us take our time trying to decide which mattress best filled mine & my husband's comfort needs. No hard selling or pressure. Easily explained when asked what the differences were between two different mattresses. We'll be referring our friends here whenever they need a new mattress.

My husband, and I, along with our 2 little one's walked in an hour before closing time,on a Saturday, just to literally try one Mattress before starting our adventures in finding "The Mattress". Paul was not one of those annoying overbearing sales guys, he was just plain helpful! He wasn't just "trying to make a sale" you could tell that he was really trying to help us, and answer all of our questions. We ended up finding "The Mattress" because of his help, and couldn't pass up giving him the Sale! We can't wait to get our new Mattress! Thanks again Paul, for your patience with two little rambunctious toddlers, and all of our questions!
