Mike was my salesman and he was extremely helpful in my decision to get the perfect mattress for my elderly mothers needs. He really went above and beyond to help me out, I was really appreciative. I had a great experience selecting my new king size mattress. As soon as I walked in Mike, greeted me with a smile. He actually listened to what I had to say, what type of mattress and what I needed to complete my bed. He explained everything from the boxspring to the mattress. Before I went there, I went to another mattress store, the gentleman was so rude to me. This was a pleasant change, the way Mike greeted me and talk to me. I kept on saying to him thank you for being so nice. He was great! Thank you again Mike

I was greeted by Bob and after talking to him I realized that I knew nothing about mattresses. Bob was very patient and professional and never put any pressure for me to buy a specific mattress. He listened to why I was interested in purchasing a mattress and allowed me sample four or five different models. More importantly he stated it did not matter about the various models but that I take my time and make sure that I am comfortable. Also I had to change my delivery date and not only did he advise me that there was no problem but provided me with a new date of delivery. I had an excellent experience purchasing my mattress. Was there yesterday. There were 2 other sets of customers when we first got there, but Mike came up and introduced himself right away and gave us pillow protectors which I didn't even know was a thing. When he was able to get back to us, we told him what we were looking for, he wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us anything super expensive. He used the right amount of "selling" and didn't make me anxious at all. Very pleasant experience.
