John at the Ireland Road, South Bend location was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He had great knowledge of all the products in his store and was able to explain any questions we had in a way we could understand. He helped to show the differences/similarities in the mattresses and brands we were interested in as well as promoting the stores sales. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t talk negatively about competitor’s, and gave us time & space to shop around and talk alone. I made the purchase on a Thursday and am expecting delivery on Sunday. We saved a lot of money on good quality name brand mattresses and accessories. Great employee, great salesman, great experience. John gets a 5 start review from us!
