My wife and I just wanted to view some mattresses, as we have an old one. Rusty was amazing in listening to our need and then trialing multiple mattresses. Eventually we came upon one that met our needs. With the Memorial Day holiday discount, we decided to buy it. If it wasn’t Rusty providing amazing service, we may have waited and gone elsewhere. A great experience. We didn't do much research but Rusty was able to take the few details (vague) of what we were looking for and found us the perfect mattress. Great customer service! He ensured we got the best price mattress the he was quick to notice a pricing different from the floor price and what was in the computer system. He saved us money!!
