We called before our visit. We spoke to Grey about a particular mattress. Your store didn't have it, but Grey suggested a comparable alternative . Turns out it cost less than what we were originally seeking. Great experience! Grey was knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy at all. He let us take our time. We were very comfortable. We left and went to other places nearby, but came back to Grey. I highly recommend this store. Call ahead and ask for Grey.

I had purchased a mattress at another store to be delivered the next day, however, I really didn't like it, but I'd felt pressured to buy it. I decided to go to Mattress Firm just to see other choices. So happy I did. I got to make my own choice, took my time and walked out a happy customer. I cancelled the other order. This set is being delivered tomorrow. Thanks go to David for his professionalism.

Grey at Mattress Firm made our mattress shopping experience so easy— within ten minutes we had picked out a perfect mattress and he took into account everything I wanted. Grey answered all of our questions and set up a delivery date that worked for us. I worked with the store manager - he was pleasant even thought I came in almost at closing time - gave me the information I needed & started the sale- Unfortunately I had to return in the morning to complete my purchase. Again he was there and it went smoothly. This is my second purchase from Mattress Firm - and will go again when needed.

I didn’t end up purchasing a mattress here due to limited in store supply and me being super picky as well as wanting it same day. However, not being pressured is a big thing for me in regards to sales. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he was awesome. Very open and honest and absolutely felt 0 pressure to buy.
