Jay from this store is super helpful. Explained each type of mattress patiently to us, let us try each mattress to figure out the degree of support and comfort levels we like. Also not pushing the most expensive brands of mattress. But just letting us pick the right one. Pleasantly surprise to get a good discount at the end. Five star service overall.

All my questions were answered after doing my homework. I got to test the beds selected for me based on my price range and sleeping habits. It was important for me to test the difference between firm and medium stiffness. And for me, firm was better than medium (unexpectedly). There was no pressure from the salesperson. It was clear to me what my choice was based on my testing and my desires. I kept coming back to one - which I bought. Happy so far. Now for the 120 day test of the mattress.

I knew what I wanted and the purchase process was quick and easy. As far as I know I got all the discounts I was eligible for. Sales person Hayley was friendly and walked me through pricing and discounts on the bill. Delivery is upcoming so quality of product and delivery is TBD.
