The staff at this location were all very welcoming. One of the sales staff, Marisol was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable while trying to find a mattress within my budget and needs. At no time did I feel pressured or taken advantage of, and she took care of me from start to finish. I already called all my friends to tell them about my experience and the deal I received. Working with her took a great deal of stress out of my life.

Went into mattress firm store hoping to try out one of the box mattresses I had been looking at online. We worked with Marisol, she was thorough and attentive without being pushy or hovering. Really appreciated the extra effort she took in trying to find the closest store that had the mattress in stock (buying last minute and didn’t want to wait for delivery). Great experience, would go back.

They did not have the mattress I wanted in the store, but Marisol was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. She ordered what I needed and was very flexible about a delivery date. My only complaint is that the price online was a little misleading, as it did not include the box spring or frame. But my experience with the store was very positive.
