A wonderful shopping experience! We were helped by a sales person Larry, who made our day and probably changed our life, too! 😄😄 Definitely for better! Actually, we just stopped by to see what they have in the store and MAYBE SOME DAY to buy a new mattress. Guess what? We bought a wonderful mattress (top of the line), a cool bed frame with a remote control and a very good mattress protector. He gave us EXCELLENT discounts that you cant find online. Larry answered all questions, was patient, helped to compare options and never pushed - a very professional, excellent customer service! All things we bought will be delivered in 3 days 😱👍 They will take the old mattress away and help to set up everything for a small fee. However, they can also just deliver for free, if you dont need help. The store is very nice and clean inside, offering great choices of all kinds of mattresses. Easy choosing and ordering experience, great cusomer service, convenient location and hours. Highly recommended!!!

We went with the purpose of buying a mattress and were very happy with how smoothly and easily we were able to find one. Larry did a great job of explaining the different brands and helping us find the one which would be the right fit. He was very knowledgeable and seemed passionate about helping people find what will work best for them. He showed us various brands, all in different price points, and was great about giving us space to chat amongst ourselves. We didn't feel like we were being pressured or someone was hovering over us which we were grateful for. Everyone was also very patient with our two kids we had to bring with us. Great experience, definitely recommend this store, ask for Larry when you go.

When my daughter and I went into mattress firm we were looking for a bed for me. I didn’t want to talk with a sales person I wanted to check out the beds myself first but he greeted us as we entered and offered his assistance . I proceeded to tell him my plan and we then started asking him questions he was extremely respectful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. He was a wonderful employee he knew everything I inquired about and very helpful. It didn’t even take me 30 minutes to find what I was looking for. His knowledge of the mattresses I was asking about was fast and simple.I was very pleased and surprised that the service was so good and I never felt any kind of pressure that is usually put on customers . I definitely recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go to the store in Braintree ma and ask for Ryan

I was doing a lil research on getting a better bed to help sleep better and help support my back. Originally wanted to just get an online bed during Labor Day with the sale and all but I ended up waiting and I was glad I did. I came in Mattress Firm and was already greeted by Ryan one of the associate. He instantly came an assist me and finding me the bed I needed knowing I have zero knowledge of getting the best bed that fit my needs. He was very knowledgeable and guide me through different choices and their benefits and even gives me a couple of valuable suggestions and health benefits of each bed that also impressed my friend that was there with me and now she was thinking of getting one herself. I ended paying a lil more than my budget and was extremely happy that I get the best pillow with coconut infused, adjustable bed on sale with nectar foam bed that I actually wanted to buy online but actually get to try it out in the store. Ryan was extremely amazing and the process was painless. He makes sure I had everything covered to get my complete dream bed and now I can’t wait for my delivery to come in soon. Thank you so much.
