Tony was amazing! He took the time to let us try a lot of different beds to get a sense for what we were looking for and what worked best for us. We also got a better understanding of what we wanted. He was very patient and transparent about products and pricing which was refreshing. He also made my wife and I feel listened to in the process. It was a great experience.

I went in to Mattress Firm on May 3rd 2023 the one by the South Bay Area I’ve never been into a mattress firm before so I was a little nervous but as soon as I came upstairs with my sister we were pleasantly surprised not only with the variety of mattresses but with how wonderful the service and employee was. Stuart Siden has to be one of the best and most down to earth sale representatives I’ve ever met. He was very patient and listened very intently to my needs when it came to a mattress and he helped me find the perfect mattress for my new apartment. He also explained that I have 120 days to try it out and if I don’t like it I can get a free exchange. I doubt I’ll be returning it but I would 100% return just to see Stuart and tell him just how wonderful the bed is and how much me and my sister appreciate him helping us the other day.
