In store staff provided outstanding service. They were knowledgeable, courteous & accommodating. However, there were problems locating items I selected due to “out of stock” & slow distribution. It wasn’t until the items were ordered and I was awaiting shipment that I was told items either were not readily available or they were being shipped from a great distance & would not arrive until later than I needed them. On a positive note, the outsourced delivery company used by MF was very good. The delivery guys were prompt, respectful & competent. Lastly, your mattresses & pillows are high quality at a fair price.

Julia helped me with buying my first adjustable base and comfortable pillow! She is super knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Julia answered all my questions and fit me with the best product for my needs. I highly recommend her and this store in Harwich - next to the Stop and Shop!

Chris, who is from Plymouth and normally works out of the Plymouth or Mashpee stores, was excellent. He was all by himself, unfortunately, due to a company meeting, but handled himself like a pro, waiting on several customers at once. We were just shopping around and this was our first stop, but ended up buying because of him. A great experience. I would solidly recommend visiting Chris no matter which store he is staffing.
