Mike was absolutely amazing; patient, kind, considerate of my sleep needs, super knowledgeable and overall accommodating without being unnecessarily pushy with my budget (for a position in which I am sure he makes commission; this can tend to be a vibe with some employees). This was my first mattress purchase on my own ever and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and was happy to have this exchange with him. As a fellow former retail worker and customer service leader, Mike demonstrated all the qualities needed to help his customers. Thank you entire team! Labor Day sale was amazing ☺️ so grateful can’t wait to get my new set up!

Michael was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. He made sure I took my time to pick out the best mattress for myself and took extra time to make sure I was within my budget and then took the time to go back over everything with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend dealing with Michael.

Michael Azevedo, at the Newport Avenue location in Quincy, was so amazing. He was friendly, patience, informative, nice, and very professional. He did not rush me to decide on a mattress and provided numerous options in order for me to decide what I felt was best for me. He even patiently stayed late (unbeknownst to me) so that I could think and finalize my decision. He made my experience in purchasing a mattress a very pleasant one.
