It's rare that I will post any reviews, but I wanted to ensure that everyone knows about this wonderful experience. Typically with a salesman you feel pressured (like several other mattress stores) however Greg was polite and let me shop at my own leisure. If I had any questions he was available to help out. After making the purchase he made sure the delivery was setup properly. It truly is satisfaction guaranteed. I needed an adjustment after trying the bed out for a week, and I reached out to Greg and he got that scheduled ASAP. Even the delivery experience was 5 stars from making sure they were prompt, to confirming everything was working. For those in Dundalk make sure to ask for Greg, he will take care of you. I will be doing business with them again for any future needs.

Desperately in need of a new mattress but working with a budget, we came to Mattress Firm in Dundalk to survey our options. Having never bought a new mattress before we weren't even entirely sure where to start. Greg assisted us by doing a very quick questionnaire that helped narrow down which styles would be best suitable for our needs. He then took his time showing us various different styles of mattresses and letting us test them out. We found one we loved, and Greg helped us out with an amazing deal on a mattress, base, and cover. We were able to have it delivered and completely assembled within 4 days. The delivery process was quick and within the estimated time frame. Greg assured us if we had any issues during delivery to contact him and he would get it situated to our 100% satisfaction, but there were no issues to address as everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Mattress Firm and Greg to assist any needs and will certainly return for future business.

Gregory Help me today and was very pleasant! I told him what I needed and although they didn’t have it in store, he was able to order my items and have them scheduled to be delivered to my door. Much better than traveling with a box spring and bed frame. I also want to add that he was very friendly and welcoming, which means a lot to me because I too, work in costumer service ! Our salesman Gregory did not sell us the perfect bed... He helped us find the perfect bed. This was probably the best buying experience I have ever had.
