Chris was great giving us pillows to try mattresses to figure out which one we like. I ended up purchasing just a pillow, which gets shipped to us. I was surprised they didn't have them in the store. Love the price guarantee that I used minutes after buying my pillow. I found the same pillow for less and Chris did exactly what he promised which was to match the price. He even said if I find it even less to just give him a call. That's a huge difference that Mattress firm offers. We didn't end up buying a mattress at this store though, but did appreciate the service and price match. I saw after we left there was a free adjustable mattress thing if you purchased a mattress which I didn't know till I looked online. I would suggest looking at the mattresses and deals before going in the store and then before buying whatever to look it up for price matching just to save time, but love that Mattress firm gives that option.

We were met by Chris the sales manager when we arrived. We had the best mattress buying experience, one that we were actually dreading. He listened to our needs and had us try at least a dozen different mattresses. We far exceeded our budget however, it was worth it to us. We got exactly what we wanted with the direction of Chris. We can't wait to get our new mattress. I would only shop at this location again for a mattress.
