On our fist visit we were met at the door by Vinny. We let him know we already knew exactly what we were looking for so he was able to bring us directly to the 3 or 4 mattresses that would best meet our needs. He provided a lot of useful information on the mattresses we tried and once we settled on a mattress and adjustable base he reviewed the warranty coverage. He gave us plenty of time to try the options we chose and when we were confident in our selection he provided an invoice with pricing no one else could come close to. Exceptional products, knowledgeable professionals and great pricing. Wish we had started with Vinny at the Mattress Firm!

His energy and overall demeanor made for a stress free experience. He explained the process of searching for a mattress concise yet thorough. I ordered online because mattress wasn't available in the store, yet Ben Decker, their sleep expert, treated me as one of his best customers. He was able to change the delivery date for the mattress, since I was not able to receive it on the dates available online. We spoke two or three times and he was very helpful each time. He then sent a confirmation email for the delivery. I'm very pleased with this store's service.

Wonderful experience! The salesman was very friendly and helped us sort out what we needed without trying to sell us the most expensive mattress in the store. He was knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful! Regretfully I have forgotten his name. Hope he still gets credit for this review.
