I had my service with Manny, who made me feel very welcomed. He was very, very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helped me make the best decision for myself. He was patient and amiable. I would recommend this location because of the welcome, knowledge and Service from both manager and Sales Agent. My only negative is that I wish you had a least 1 full size sample mattress on your floor to make a comparison.

This review is for Manny at Mattress Firm in Downtown Silver Spring. Manny is a phenomenal person and he is so good at his job! He has a very calming nature and was able to help me find the right mattress in a stress free environment. Manny was patient, very knowledgeable about the product, and helped me work through the logistics of a return/exchange when my first mattress wasn’t the right fit for me. He deserves a big raise if he hasn’t already received one! Thank you so much Manny! The 5 stars is for you!

I want to acknowledge Tamsir's great customer service while I was at the store looking for the right mattress and prices, he displayed a great deal of patience, knowledge and a genuine desire to assist customers who were already in the store and with me. I noticed he was the only one in the store assisting customers that day, and he was extremely professional showing a kind demeanor.
