Went to the Mattress Firm in Downtown Silver Spring during Memorial Day weekend and left with a mattress that my husband and I LOVE. We worked with Manny, who walked us through the store and let us try several mattresses. Manny listened to what our (very different) needs for sleep were and curated a whole experience based on that. We appreciated his honesty, attention to detail and, most of all, his patience and understanding because mattresses are an investment, honey! We never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot but because we had such a thorough experience, we were able to decide at the store. Manny even helped us adjust the order after we decided the next day that we wanted to add an adjustable base to our purchase. Now, my husband and I are getting some of the best sleep we've had in years. It's definitely worth checking out mattresses in-person and I'm glad we chose this location.

Part of this 5 star has to go to the fact that my wife and I actually agreed 100% on the bed that we wanted. Still we went in there and they do a proper assessment to see what your bed style would be and then you try a number of different beds. Good experience. I wish it went a little faster since I was afraid my kids would destroy the place as we went through the process and tried beds but otherwise can’t complain.

The experience was great! I haven’t shopped for a mattress in 20 years. My salesman asked all the right questions to help me reach the right decision for my sleep and bed use comfort. I happily spent twice my original plan with my new knowledge. Mattress Firm is highly recommended on my list.

My partner and I had one of the most pleasant experiences while shopping for a new bed at Mattress Firm. The store manager Tamsir was friendly and attentive throughout the entire process of selecting the perfect bed. It was the fourth of July, so there was a great sale, and he got us a great deal! I recommend Tamsir and his staff if you are in the market for a new bed(s).
