Shavon was a huge help. Super personable and knowledgeable about the intricate details of each mattress. Even figured out by the first couple I liked and disliked what materials and features worked best for me. Good selection of firm mattresses to choose from. Got a great deal on a kingsdown mattress. Never heard of the brand before, but it felt like great quality. Before I checked the price, from the feel, thought it would be 2500ish. Got it out the door for less than $1200. Free same day delivery, and an extra $300 off for a sale I wasn't expecting. Had some floor models on sale for great prices too. I have dealt with mattress firm at 4 different locations in different states, and they are always great. Even when I have returned a mattress in the past, customer service was great.
