It was a wonderful experience Maryann was very helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect bed. I had started my search online with your website, which gave me some recommendations. Upon entering and letting Maryann know about that she proceeded to show not only the two mattresses that caught my attention the most, but a couple others to compare. She was very helpful and I’d highly recommend them as the process was painless, and quick!

I had a warranty issue with a king size mattress purchased through Mattress Firm. I contacted the manufacturer multiple times and provided all the required warranty information and started to get the runaround. So, I contacted Maryann (General Manager) to see if she could help out. She came out to our house (30 minutes from Ellsworth) during her free time to look at the mattress and concluded it needed to be replaced. Mayann took care of swapping out the mattress for a new one. I can't say enough good things about her in resolving this matter and appreciate her professionalism.

After walking in to the store and meeting James, I was immediately put at ease as to the affordability for any price range, I had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had buying furniture. There was zero sales pressure, only simple questions asked to help guide us to the bed we decided to buy. And after the personal attention and friendliness I experienced, I would never go back to buy from a big box store. Thank you to both of you working today, and I truly appreciate your time, James. Edit: I wish I could leave another 5 star review for the delivery and set up crew. Not only was my delivery right when I was told it would be at the time of my purchase, it was only two days. The two gentlemen who brought the bed and the base could not have been more conscientious or courteous. And they were obviously well trained professionals, because they made it look easy. Despite the sharp corners and narrow stairwell. Thanks to you both!
