Went in, knew I wanted a softer mattress. Was put on the perfect mattress but it was little to pricey for me. Put me on another mattress that was better than the first and had it sold to me within 15 minutes of being there. Had it in my hands 30 mins later from the warehouse. Great customer service!

I can tell you that the Bauddlio (goes by B, for short) is a great Sleep Expert. He's kind, he listens, and if trying to save even more money will find the outlet (customer returned) items to make everything a win win. He's fast at ringing up transactions and has a drive to take care of you. I will come back to this store and purchase more mattresses when the time comes.
