I worked with Brandon who has extensive knowledge and experience selling mattresses. He took care of us for a return/exchange situation from a different Mattress Firm location. He has a very approachable and likable demeanor and was not pushy even when discussing upgrades and different levels of adjustable bases. Our delivery was well communicated and the delivery men were very polite and courteous. They went above and beyond our expectations. We love our replacement bed and so glad we had the 120 day window to make a final decision. The restocking fees were more than originally discussed due to the changes we made, but overall it was a good experience.
