We had an excellent experience. The staff here was so polite, helpful, knowledgeable and they aren't pushy- just helpful. We were lucky to have worked with Dana. She was great. Very patient. Easy to talk to. Knowledgeable and funny, Dana told us everything we needed to know; and things we forgot to ask. She didn't try to upsell us. She genuinely just wanted us to get the right mattress. I can honestly say, we were happy with our mattress, as well as our experience in purchasing it from Mattress Firm. Delivery was within two weeks, and was super painless and easy. We literally just sat on the couch while they brought in the new, and took out the old. They were careful with our home. Very nice guys.
