I forgot the ladies name, but I purchased my bed on Feb. 3rd at about 12:30 pm. So whoever was working this day is who helped me. She gave me a lot t of knowledge between a couple mattresses that I was stuck on. Very helpful and I was able to catch my mattress on sale as well. Which the helpful lady helped even more for me. Thank you so much.

We walked in on a Sat, and I have never purchased a mattress myself, we wanted 2 for our boys moving up and out of Twin beds. And we were willing to shop around for the best price to multiple places if necessary. But we came in during their Memorial day sale and left with 3 beds! The price was so good we had to get ourselves a California King. That will all be ready by Tues. He really helped us understand what's best for their bodies to get them the best sleep and will last them and best for our value but left it up to us to decide no pressure in buying that day. The beds have 10 year warranties. Thank you so much Sleep Expert James!!

Well worth your time to visit this location. Rishard is very knowledgeable, listens to your input and strives to fulfill your needs. What started out as a quick check on location ended up being the purchase of a mattress and delivery the next day which went smoothly and we have had the best nights rest in years. No pushy salesperson, clean and welcoming store.

Great courteous help without being pushy. Answered all questions. Respected Our space. Was well in informed about product. Store was clean. Wasn't afraid to lay our heads down on beds while trying out. U want that in a mattress store😉. Over all a pleasant experience even tho like EVERYTHING these days, everything waaaay too pricey. Another ding to the pocketbook
