We had an exceptional experience at Mattress Firm and will definitely continue business with them in the future. Wes, at the Barry Rd (KC, KS) location, has a wealth of knowledge and is kind and passionate about helping people improve their health through quality sleep, as opposed to just a salesman trying to make a commission. We appreciate him and his willingness to meet us where we were at when we came in. We ended up investing more than we had planned and are happy to do so upon learning the beneficial impacts of optimal sleep hygiene and health! Highly recommend!!! We love our new mattress and base and look forward to the positive results from them!

I thought our salesman was great. He answered all of our questions, but wasn’t overly annoying like some salesman. I didn’t feel like we were pressured into buying anything specifically, but encouraged to get what it was that we wanted.
