I, honestly, never knew there was so much to know about mattresses. Tyler, the store associate, was amazingly knowledgeable and courteous. We never felt “sold” or made to make a decision in any way. We stayed for over two hours, laid on (almost) every bed option, tested the adjustable bases and explored pillow options. As we and Tyler agreed — hopefully, we won’t have to see each other for another 10 years. 🤣
