I had a wonderful experience buying a mattress here. I wasn't rushed to make a decision or forced into the most expensive options. Dan did an excellent job of helping me navigate through the volume of options while finding something quality to sleep on. Working two jobs meant my mattress needed to be an investment into my health and is a huge 10 year decision. He was knowledgeable and attentive even with other customers in the showroom. Definitely recommend if you're looking to actually try a mattress versus buying online without having a chance to try it.

Had an absolutely terrific experience with the Mattress Firm Crossroads, and our salesperson Lynwood. I first went in alone to find out about options for a new king bed. After asking questions about our needs, he took me to several brands to try, giving me detailed and helpful information about similarities and differences as we went. He was able to answer every question I had on any of them, in detail. I asked him at the end if he could give me the out the door price on the one I'd chosen, and he not only provided a detailed breakdown, but incorporated some specials as well. This written information had been hard to get at other places we'd shopped. Later last evening, my husband and I went back and he went through all my husband's questions thoroughly. We purchased during that visit--pretty rare for us! Lynwood was amazing. We highly recommend him and Mattress Firm at Crossroads in Cary.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of finding the right fit for me. Lynwood was fabulous. Two more groups came in after I did and he managed all of us without feeling like we had to wait around. I’m excited about getting my new mattress!
