We had an excellent experience! We always choose mattress firm to begin with. Their reliability, competitive pricing and choice of employees are what makes Mattress Firm our choice. There were a ton of mattresses from plush to extra Firm, coils versus different foam types, hybrids etc. Eric helped us to pick out a bed and adjustable base. He was kind and personable, and we did not feel like we were being sold rather than help with the direction we were going in. The store was clean and easy to navigate.

Great experience. Jonathan, our sales manager was outstanding and willing to work with us to understand our needs and budget. Also, the delivery was handled to perfection. The staff were polite, and clearly knew what they were doing, and even had a great sense of humor! I will certainly come back to mattress firm for future purchases

I very recently moved to North Carolina, one thing I needed was a good mattress. I walked into the store and met Eric, he listened and understood exactly what I needed. If I didn’t need to go pick my granddaughter up, I probably would have stayed and chatted longer.
