Wow! We were so very pleased! Richard from the Shelby store assisted us in the Gastonia store. He was exceptionally pleasant, and helpful. He understood our needs well, and his suggestions were right on! His patience, never rushing, rather encouraging us to take our time, allowed us to thoroughly exam mattresses, mattress covers, and pillows. He sent us to Milton to the nearby store to try some pillows that were not in stock at his store. Milton too was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us try some specific pillows we ended up purchasing. We returned to Richard, and ended up leaving happy, and purchasing almost double what we set out to buy :) I highly recommend this store, and will definitely make this our first location for future purchases.

Stopped in for a Box Spring and Kara took good care of me, got me out quick and with a great price! I could not have been more happy with the service and experience, we have gotten all of our mattresses/bedding from this location and I look forward to doing business with them in the future! I was wowed by the customer service I received at this store. Ron was very pleasant to deal with, helping us narrow down the bed type we like, explaining differences between the brands/styles and ultimately leading to the mattress that was right for us. He created a comfortable, no pressure environment for us to make the best choice. Very happy with this location and I'd recommend asking for Ron's help specifically.

Chris was amazing from the time he answered my phone call, to the time I left having purchased a mattress & other goodies for my new bed!! Chris went above & beyond to help make sure I picked out the best mattress for my needs & budget. He was so friendly & kind. I had been procrastinating this purchase because it was a little overwhelming for me, but Chris made it very fun & I will recommend all my friends & family to come see Chris!
