Wow, when my wife and I went to the Mattress Firm store on Rivergate Pkwy in NC on Thursday, Mrs. Sheena, a nice employee, greeted us immediately. Mrs. Sheena welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. She assisted us in choosing the right pillows and mattress. She made sure we had the best mattress she could find and was really friendly. You are certainly a blessing in enabling us to get a good night's sleep with our brand-new, comfortable mattress and pillows.
