We had purchased a new mattress from Mattress Firm several years ago and had a good experience. We wanted to replace the queen mattress in our guest room as it’s too soft for both of us. One of us ends up in that room because of snoring. We went to Mattress Firm today and purchased a Queen mattress and adjustable bed frame. The process was simple and no hassles. Brian helped us, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our new mattress is being delivered this weekend. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.

I walked in the store with my baby, mom and grandmother about an hour before closing. I really just went to browse and see what I may like for my apartment that I'll be moving into in September. I was hoping to find a mattress that would the quality that I wanted but also at a discounted price since Labor Day is right around the corner. Leo was great! He was more than accommodating and I was so surprised on how knowledgeable he was about the makeup of the mattresses, the progressive leasing program, and just everything in general. He was literally like a mattress firm encyclopedia! It was very refreshing! On top of that he was courteous and extremely helpful. He may be, in part, the reason why I purchased the mattress. Had someone less knowledgeable been there, I may have only continued to browse. Keep him!

Walked in the store. The manager was already showing a couple and child different mattresses. Since I had previously purchased a base and mattress 3 years ago, I looked around the store and found what I was looking for. Adam finished with the couple and came to me. I asked him a few questions and decided on the one I picked. He had a fantastic personality! We completed the deal and chatted a few minutes and then I left. Great manager!!

Really glad we went to test the mattresses first! What we were going to originally buy- wasn't firm enough for me. I cannot imagine ordering any brand of mattress online without a sales team to assist you in the process. The delivery was awesome and seamless- they came quickly, on time and switched our old mattress for the new one in the snap of a hat!
