This is my 3rd time buying a bed from Mattress Firm. Each time it has been so easy and I have been so happy with the process, price and product! Especially grateful this time for Hunter. He made sure we got the bed and frame which were right for US, with no pressure to buy something particular. Steve did a great job walking us through this mattress buying process. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy or impatient. We ended up taking his great advice and purchasing the bed he recommended. Delivery was set for next day. I give this whole process 5 stars.

I walked in and Bryce greeted me within my 1st 10 steps of entering with a welcoming smile! He asked what I was looking for and a price range...I let him know exactly what I needed and he was "on it like a hornet"😀 within maybe 15 mins we found 2 options and I tried them and settled on the one that suited me the most and the price was phenomenal too! He was awesome and even with a sense of humor as well...Needless to say I was in and out in about 30 mins with exactly the mattress that I was looking for. He wasn't pushy and very attentive to my needs. I even called back to go ahead and purchase the boxspring that I wast too sure I needed. Bryce is awesome, he actively listened and his customer service is impeccable!! Great Job Bryce u ROCK!! I will be sending my fam & friends to that location fo sho!!
