The Mattress Firm staff were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous at my visit today. I had ordered the wrong size mattress on-line and came into the store to swap. I ended up upgrading to a better mattress after testing in person. Zach was so helpful in assisting me and I'm looking forward to some good sleep on my new mattress soon. Excellent Customer Service New to town needed a mattress and had to stay in budget. Sales associate was awesome….we got soaked trying to put it in my car but he was able to get it done and close the hatch. Made it easy to buy the mattress and get it home with very little fuss.
