Very helpful team, especially Eric who helped us with the mattresses specifically. We felt with Eric's help, we were able to buy a mattress well within out budget and also fit our needs. There was clear demonstration of knowledge and research done on the products, which was great because we had a lot of questions! We were allowed to get a feel for what we wanted and then after disclosing our budget, directed to a product that fit our needs and our budget beautifully. Its scary buying something so expensive with the knowledge that you may be oversold on something, but I never got that impression and was worked with to get a mattress we felt 100% comfortable about. Highly recommend this location specifically for the quality of help you will get here.

This is a great team from in store associates to delivery crew. Talos was phenomenally personable and professional. He helped me find the right product when another associate at another local store couldn’t plus he provided a quote and didn’t pressure me to make immediate decisions. He treated me as a friend when I needed one and definitely made the difference. Xavier’s delivery team was also phenomenal. They were prompt, efficient, and were like the flash. They helped me remove damaged materials and made it seem easy. I knew from past experience that Mattress Firm was decent, yet this month they exceeded all expectations.
