Absolutely wonderful! Lacey is so kind and made sure that I saw exactly what I wanted and needed, was willing to call another location to save me on shipping, and made sure that if I had any problems I could call her back and get the help I needed. 10/10 recommend if you need a new mattress and have no idea where to start.

Candace was so helpful. She came right up to us when we entered the store and greeted us with such a big smile. She introduced herself and then asked us some questions and pointed us in the right direction. She then let us try every single bed and had so much knowledge about all the differences and quality of each bed. She was very patient with us and didn’t make us feel like we were taking too long to pick a bed. If you go to mattress firm I hope you get to have Candace for your sales girl. She was very fair with the price and made us so happy with our choice. We left feeling happy and knowing if we don’t like the bed we can upgrade to the next level. Susan C.
