My experience at Mattress Firm was excellent. There was one salesman and he had two customers myself and another, he did an excellent job at helping both of us. His name is Rob and he was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and brands that they carry and don't carry. Rob indicated that if there was a mattress I was more interested in than what they had he would try to find it for me. Thankfully they had the purple mattress which is what I wanted.

Joseph was extraordinarily helpful. We tried several different mattresses and he was able get us a Beauty Rest Hybrid Plush mattress that was on sale for a great price. He also set us up on a great deal on the adjustable base. We will definitely be returning here for our next mattress purchase.

Sydney, the young woman who helped me with my purchase of two mattresses, is attentive, cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable about Mattress Firm's products. Sydney didn't hesitate to acknowledge me and join me on the showroom-floor. She began to assist me with my purchase, immediately and didn't pressure me at all because she listened to me and responded to my requests. I am glad and grateful that Sydney was there to assist me. I walked-in right before closing-time and I thought that it would take a long time and be very costly. I was driving away, with my mattresses, under-budget, with a big smile on my face, in less than 30 minutes. Thanks, again, Sydney! You're the best!

I went to Mattress Firm in Sanford to buy a new bed. I was retiring a hybrid mattress I had for 6 to 7 years. I dont sleep great and needed serious help with figuring out what would work best for me. Sydney was my sleep expert at Mattress Firm. She was knowledgeable and down to earth which I appreciated! We talked about how I sleep and she was able to help me narrow down the type of mattress I needed. She let me take my time in deciding which exact mattress I felt would work best for me. She never pressured me, just gave me options and helped educate me. It was a great experience and I would definitely return.
