Heather was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesperson that I have ever worked with for a mattress purchase. She encouraged my wife and I to try several different types to narrow down the choice. Once we made our selection, she also worked hard to save us as much $ as she could during the sale. We were initially thinking about buying direct online, but after our very positive experience at Mattress Firm, we were grateful that we went there. Highly recommended!! Can’t wait to sleep on that new bed!

We were in dire need of a new mattress. From the moment we stepped in the store we had an amazing experience. Heather was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to us, understood what we needed, had some great suggestions and points. This was an amazing shopping experience. She have helped us with picking the perfect mattress, set up delivery and added few extra perks. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful experience thanks to the store managers help. She walked me through every mattress in my price range and I decided with a firm Sterns & Foster floor model. She gave me a really good price, helped me load it into the truck w/my neighbor. Still waiting for the adj base but overall it was a 5/5 experience because of this sales manager!
