Had a great experience at this location and it was all due to Thomas! He let us do our thing and take a look around the store at our own pace then gave us a great deal on our mattress. Excellent customer service. He mentioned he typically works at the Edgewater location, but was assigned to North Bergen that day—we lucked out. Definitely worth seeking him out at the store if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

So I went there at first and this one guy there was pretty rude. So I decide I’ll come back a different day. I went today and got a gentleman named Thomas ! He is the best man. Really nice guy. Got us a better discount than the rude guy was giving me. He is awesome ! He really made me have a much better experience. He needs a raise lol. Thanks

It was amazing, I felt like walking into a hotel where I get to choose any bed I want. Marcos was very knowledgeable and polite, he made the difference on weather or not I was going to spend that type of money. I just wished the bed would arrive sooner.
