Hayley took very good care of me and my warranty issue. My mattress was replaced after having it only a year and a half due to a defect. They did not have the mattress I originally purchased (Sanburg firm), so the new mattress I picked out was a few hundred dollars more and I had to pay the difference. I'm hoping for the best with my slightly upgraded mattress.

Barry was helpful to show us what we needed at our price range, and I researched a lot, so it knew which mattresses were good, but it is extremely important to try before you buy because the feel of each was so different. Glad for a brick and mortar store and a knowledgeable and pleasant salesperson.

Mattresss firm on Hooper Ave in Toms River is awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt valued and welcome. No pressure what so ever. Told Hayley what we were looking for and she showed us many different options. She didnt rush us and she answered all of our questions. She was very friendly. I would go here again in the future.
