I went into the shop looking for a base since the slats my bed originally came with were very weak and defective which I bought somewhere else. I was greeted by a nice gentleman named George. He helped me decide on an adjustable base that would support the weight of my bed independently. He was very sweet and very patient with me during the process. I had to change my order once and even then he was continually patient and kind.

We visited the store a couple of times to get information on a new mattress for myself and my son and dealt with Kevin on both occasions. We found Kevin to be extremely knowledgeable about all the different mattress types and pillows. He was very informative and helped guide us to the mattresses that were best suited to our requirements and budgets. I definitely think we may have tested his patients with so many questions (especially since it was our first time purchasing a bed in the USA as we only just arrived here!). Kevin was not only patient with us but our two very energetic children! In the end we were very satisfied with our purchases and left feeling confident that Kevin had guided us to the most suitable mattresses for us. We were happy with the prices he gave us and did everything he could to make it work in terms of our budget and next day delivery requirements. Thank you for your 5* service we definitely recommend you and your store and would definitely return in the future.

I visited this store in February looking for a specific bed and Kevin was extremely helpful and knew everything about the intelibed. I returned to this store to purchase my bed in September and was able to get one of the last beds I liked! The customer service is above and beyond and they really care about your satisfaction, which is hard to find in today's world. I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm to everyone I know.

I was super excited to buy myself a brand new bed! It's been a few years. After doing lots of research (I cannot believe how many things have changed. Mattresses, frames, platform bed etc.) I went into Mattress Firm, and Kevin was our sales guy. He was super informative, nice, & made sure you fully understood what you were buying, before you left his store! To add to all that, we wanted to buy a mattress pad, they were out at his store, but had them elsewhere. Since we lived across town, he volunteered to deliver ours after work, and he did! Kudos to you Kevin! You are awesome. Definitely a "plus" to the Mattress King store. Thank you again!!!!!!
