Not only is he great at finding you the best deal ever, he is also friendly and a model for great customer service. He was informative and a man of his word after being delivered my bed, he still accommodated me by sending out a better mattress for my sleep pattern. Had the most enjoyable experience of shopping for a mattress. The salesperson, Kevin at the Best of the West location was very knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft. I would recommend this location and salesperson for ease of mind during the entire process. Tried several mattresses and was not pressured to purchase.

Frances was great and very patient with me. First I bought a bunkie board, then called to add a mattress that I’d looked at. She sent me a link to pay by phone so I wouldn’t have to go back to the store, and arranged for both to be delivered next-day! Both employees were very kind and welcoming.
