I was slightly nervous walking into Mattress Firm due to past experiences with pushy sales people. My sales person (Debbie) was kind, patient, and not the least bit pushy. She helped me find the perfect mattress and frame at a great price. If you are in need of a mattress, I strongly recommend this store--ask for Debbie!

Joey was theee best! (Ya heard!) Of course knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He had patience as I tested out mattresses for 30 minutes. Even after he knew I wouldn't be purchasing in store but online he still explained every mattress I laid on & was super helpful, most would let you figure it out on your own. Was genuinely nice which was a breath of fresh air when you run into such funky attitudes these days. thank you for the great customer service.

We (desperately) needed a new mattress, and this was the closest mattress store to where we live. Sarah made the entire process super easy! She was very friendly, let us try out several mattresses to see which ones we liked best, and answered all of our questions. The delivery services offered were amazing, too (setting up the mattress/support, removing old mattress/support, return/exchange if needed). We ended up purchasing a mattress right there since everything was so convenient and easy to work around!
