Jacky was the sales manager and he helped me and my wife tremendously in securing the mattress we needed for our new apartment. He was knowledgeable, informative, and gave us recommendations that were appropriate for our situation. He was patient with us trying a lot of different mattresses so we could figure out what we actually wanted. He described in detail all the different options that were available for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for the best quality mattress!

We went to Mattress Firm because we were having back issues with our current mattress (bought online.) Linda Zeng helped us find a mattress and was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. She provided a light disposable sheet for lying down on each of the mattresses we tried (for hygiene) and gave us a great deal on the mattress. Highly recommend Linda!
