I had an excellent experience with Marc at the 3rd Avenue and 57th street branch! I would highly recommend this branch to any of my friends and family. Marc was patient and attentive to our needs in this store. There are many great deals to redeem at the moment! I had a lot of questions as I am moving into a new building. I felt confident with all of the answers. I appreciated the service experience I had with Marc. He was quickly able to understand my needs as a customer. This was a 10/10 experience!

went in there to look around; told Natasha i wasn't buying today and she could not have been nicer. I don't think i ever have been treated so well by a salesperson. She was knowledgeable, and even though i wasn't buying that day she still took the time to show me all different mattresses, take me through the process etc. Highly highly recommend Natasha
