I went on a Friday morning to get a mattress. Andrew helped me picking one and was very useful and patient. Very nice guy. They got a great selection of mattresses. Really a great place to shop for your new apartment. I ended up getting a Kingsdown, exciting!

We stopped by Mattress Firm to browse mattresses, and worked with Andrew. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as we tried out numerous mattresses. He was able to explain the differences between mattresses, and gave us space to spend time figuring out which type of mattress felt right. We were very appreciative of his expertise, and the friendly manner in which he conducted himself.

Immediately we got to Mattress Firm, Carolyn jumped into action. She asked us for our budget and within 5 mins, she has us try mattresses that fit our specifications and price range. After trying a few mattress stores to no avail, we were feeling a tad dejected, but Carolyn helped us find our perfect mattresses with utmost efficiency and enthusiasm. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. Carolyn is a fairy godmother and this is the best shopping experience I have had in ages. 5 stars!
