Had a great experience purchasing a full size bed for my daughter. Staff were attentive and not trying to over sell. They were very patient with me and my little one and allowed us to try out the beds and educated us on the styles and firmness. They also helped me get the best deal possible. I walked away with a good quality bed at a deal I am very happy with. Would shop there again.

I was having trouble ordering online so I called Eastgate Mattress Firm for help. The person who answered immediately said I will help you her name was Olla. She was so kind and friendly. She told me she would set everything up and all I would have to do is tap on to the link that she was going to send me and make the payment then call her back and she would set up delivery. She made everything so easy it went like clock work. This really was a blessing because I was unable to go in to the store. I'm sure she treats everyone in the same manner. Dennis Braun
